A little about me...
About Hannah Walton MCSP SRP BSc (Hons)
Hannah graduated with a first class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University. During her degree, Hannah was actively involved in work with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy on various committees. She also organised conferences and worked as part of a small committee advising the Scottish Government on costs to allied health students while at university.
Hannah is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Having been both a Scottish squad level gymnast herself and a gymnastics coach for over 7 years, Hannah has an extensive amount of experience working with children and young people. This includes working with St. Johnstone football club running clinics for their under 18 youth teams.
Alongside this, Hannah was involved with the charity, National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society, leading exercise classes for its members and continues to have a special interest in this area. After working for both NHS Tayside and a private clinic in Perth and Kinross, Hannah has decided to build upon her experience in Physiotherapy and pursue Medicine. Hannah is currently studying Medicine at Edinburgh University and continues to work part-time as a Physiotherapist alongside her degree.
Outside of Physiotherapy, Hannah’s interests include skiing, hill walking and touch rugby.
